About the role

As a lawyer at the Social Services Administration, you are an expert in legal matters and provide the operations with legal guidance to clarify the frameworks for legally secure assessments. In some cases, you may also take over and independently drive legal processes. You work closely with the operations and have the operations manager for authority execution as your direct supervisor. You are part of the operations area's management group and have lawyer colleagues working in the administration's support staff to discuss matters with.

How we work to get there

• Educate and guide staff in legislation, preparatory works, and practice.
• Monitor the external environment and follow legal developments.
• Act as legal support when developing common working methods.
• Provide support in contract law and procurement of care when needed.
• Legal support in individual cases.
• Handling of complaints.
• Participate in systematic quality work from a legal perspective.
• Contribute to incident analyses and Lex Sarah investigations to support managers.
• Support and sometimes drive processes in administrative court.

We are looking for you who

• Have a law degree.
• Have good knowledge of administrative law and social law.
• Are confident in interpreting and applying legislation.
• Have good pedagogical skills and can convey law in a clear way.
• Are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Thrive in collaboration and contribute to a good cooperative climate.

Experience from working in public operations, especially social services, is meritorious.

Interviews are scheduled for week 13 and week 14.

The position will be filled if necessary decisions are made.
