We are currently looking for a Recruiter for an exciting consulting assignment with an international company. In this role, you will become a key part of the recruitment function, responsible for ensuring a professional, structured, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine operational recruitment with administration, coordination, and close collaboration with managers and candidates.
You will contribute to attracting and recruiting the right talent while ensuring that the recruitment process is carried out efficiently and with high quality. Through an inclusive approach and a strong focus on the candidate experience, you will help the organization build strong and successful teams.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles across several different business areas. You plan and coordinate interview processes, manage bookings, and ensure that both candidates and hiring managers receive the correct information throughout the process.
You are responsible for administering and updating candidate data in the company's recruitment system and serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment journey. The role also involves handling incoming inquiries and administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Furthermore, you support hiring managers with guidance on processes, schedules, and interview logistics. You continuously work on identifying opportunities for improvement within the recruitment process and contribute, when needed, to activities within employer branding, employee engagement, and onboarding.
QualificationsRequirements- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and experience handling multiple parallel tasks.
- Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner with a high awareness of quality.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of additional languages besides Swedish and English.
- Experience with sourcing.
- Experience working with employer branding activities.
- Location: Gothenburg.
- Remote work: Not possible.
- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Assignment period: August 17, 2026 – March 31, 2027.
- Assignment type: Consulting assignment.
- Working hours: Office hours.
