Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

We are responsible for education and care for approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has approximately 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions. Together, we work towards the same goal – to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
