Are you an experienced ventilation technician looking to take the next step in your career without leaving hands-on work behind? Do you want to continue working with installation while taking on greater responsibility for planning, coordination, and workplace safety? Then this role might be for you.

We are now looking for a Lead Ventilation Technician to join our service team in Malmö. This is a role for you if you enjoy working on-site with customers and would like to combine your own installation work with increased responsibility in our service projects and smaller contracts. You will be an active part of the production while also serving as a natural coordinator on site.

You will have the opportunity to work with

• Performing ventilation installation and renovations
• Planning and coordinating daily work on site
• Acting as the contact person for customers, project managers, and other contractors
• Participating in construction meetings and coordination meetings
• Ensuring work is carried out according to current quality and safety requirements
• Contributing to good order and structure on the work site
• Actively working with occupational health and safety issues and ensuring we follow our procedures and methods

You do not have direct personnel responsibility, but you are expected to take natural leadership in the projects and contribute your experience to create momentum and good collaboration.

Your background

• Several years of experience as a ventilation technician
• Self-motivated and confident in your professional role
• Experience with projects, renovations, or smaller contracts
• Understand the importance of effective occupational health and safety work
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Construction meetings and coordination with other contractors
• BAS-P or BAS-U (Safety coordinators)
• Ventilation certification
