Near-care Halland is investing in an exciting future amidst rapid change. All employees face the challenge of creating good and close care for existing and future residents in the region. Here, we all work together for close care worth choosing.
The Development and Support Department is part of the administration's support staff. The department is organized within the area "Vårdcentralen Halland" and works with overarching quality and development issues as well as administrative support and service. The department has a broad mandate, directed directly to the region's own health centers in Vårdcentralen Halland, some joint care selection assignments for the entire care selection, as well as regional assignments. All parts aim to make it as good as possible for the resident in Halland and to work towards the common goals of Near-care.
In the role of Department Manager, you lead and distribute the work within the department. You support your employees in developing and supporting the operations' work forward in the best way possible, as well as following up on the department's assignments and projects. You are responsible for 13 employees, consisting of business developers, administrators, and a development strategist.
Your role is based on keeping the patient in focus and being a good manager and leader for the employees. By ensuring support to the operations, coordinating development assignments, and ensuring that issues are raised to the right forum for decision-making before implementation, you contribute to better care and health for the people of Halland. Your assignment also includes monitoring goals and results, as well as participating in the management group.
You are expected to be involved in many different parts of our assignments while leading with trust at several levels in a large organization.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university education in an area relevant to the position. You have good knowledge of primary care and have knowledge and experience in leading employees, coordinating competence, as well as leading and supporting quality and development work and processes. You have good system competence in the area you operate in and are good at collaborating with internal and external actors.
Your leadership is based on trust in your employees' competence and ability to independently drive their assignments and areas of work forward, while you are the link that holds the entire department together. You create a sense of cohesion and closeness to your employees; you listen and are a good communicator who leads with both heart and mind. You are also courageous in your leadership; you can make decisions and always have the best interests of the operations in focus, as well as a good work environment for your employees.
For this position, we require very good knowledge of the Swedish language. You should be able to formulate yourself very well in both speech and writing and have experience in creating and converting facts, statistics, and material into text and presentations.
