Malmö Friskola is looking for a qualified art teacher for grades 1-6!

Malmö Friskola is a small school located in Kirseberg, Malmö, with 150 students. We are currently seeking an engaged and creative art teacher for grades 1–6.

About the role

As an art teacher here, you will have the opportunity to spark curiosity, foster development, and stimulate creativity through the subject of art. You will plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, helping students develop their creativity, self-confidence, and imagination.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified art teacher or has equivalent experience and competence
• Is confident in teaching students in grades 1–6
• Is positive, creative, and engaged
• Has strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct art lessons
• Guide students through various art styles and forms of expression
• Create an inspiring and safe learning environment

We would appreciate it if you have a few years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or supervision. We value your ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians, as well as your solution-focused approach. Your commitment and pedagogical competence are highly valued by us. We are looking for a stable and confident person who can build trust with the students.
