Anton Education has two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, covering grades from preschool class to grade 9. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who are a licensed teacher in Swedish and German. As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, secure, and stable. You have good skills in meeting students' different needs, are easy to collaborate with, and create and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team focused on teamwork. In your leadership, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and involvement. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience working in a school. In this role, you will work as a teacher in grades 6-9. You will teach German in grade 6, and the rest of your teaching will be in grades 7-9. You will collaborate with other teachers in the work team, student health services, and the management group, as well as have a mentorship role.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Permanent employment at 80-100%. The employment begins with a probation period of 6 months, starting as agreed. However, we would prefer that you can start working with us as soon as possible. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.

Before you are offered a position at Antonskolan, you must provide an extract from the police record of convictions according to the Education Act Chapter 2, Section 31. Since the processing time is usually a couple of weeks, it is good if you request a certificate of good conduct today.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, teaching, and assessment according to the curriculum and current guidelines
• Adaptation to students' varying needs, with a high degree of differentiation
• Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and potential Erasmus initiatives
• Interprofessional collaboration with regular teachers, student health teams, and school leadership
• Collaboration in work teams and subject teams, as well as participation in the school's collegial development work
• Mentorship role

Qualifications

• Teacher degree with licensure in Swedish & German, preferably combined with other subject(s)
• Experience of teaching in primary school
• Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement
• Good structural skills and familiarity with digital tools in teaching
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships: with students, colleagues, and guardians
