At EuroMaint in Örebro, we are now looking for a train technician with an interest in electricity who wants to develop in a technically advanced and safety-critical environment.

About the Role

As a train technician at EuroMaint in Örebro, you will work with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars, with a clear focus on electricity and electrical systems. The role is varied and combines practical work with technical problem-solving. You work both independently and in teams according to established maintenance plans. In addition to electricity, the role also includes elements of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, but electrical systems and electrical-related troubleshooting are a central part of the position.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of passenger cars with a focus on electricity
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical systems, components, and control systems
• Work according to current safety and maintenance processes
• Document and report completed work in our systems
• Contribute to order, safety, and a good working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues in a cohesive train technician team

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, interested in technology, and thrives in an environment where safety and quality are always in focus. You are curious, responsible, and enjoy solving technical problems together with others.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a train technician, vehicle technician, electrician, or in industry/technical maintenance (advantageous)
• Basic knowledge of electrical theory and understanding of electrical systems, as well as an interest in troubleshooting and technical connections
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• A careful and safety-conscious way of working

Start Date: According to agreement
Working Hours: Daytime 07:00–15:30
Employment Type: Probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment
