Are you a warm and caring person who wants to contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our elderly citizens? We are then looking for you as a nursing assistant to our special housing facility, Stenkilsgården, in Stora Levene, just outside Vara. Your role

We are now looking for employees who are passionate about putting the user's needs at the center and creating a meaningful everyday life for our elderly. As part of our wonderful team, you will have a key role in caring for the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life. Your approach will be based on the individual's unique needs, and you will work to create a safe and supportive environment.

You will be part of a team that values cooperation and open communication, and who work together to create a meaningful everyday life for our users. The work includes documentation and delegated health and medical care tasks.

Weekend work is performed according to agreement. Since public transport does not always suit our working hours, we would prefer that you have a driver's license.

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for you who are positive and solution-focused, who enjoy taking initiative and finding creative solutions to challenges. You are engaged and driving in the work of creating meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability together with the person you meet. You are calm, secure, and have the ability to plan the activities of work shifts according to the needs that exist. You are responsible and work independently as well as in a group.

You must be able to present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming a protected professional title, or alternatively an employment certificate showing an ongoing permanent employment with the title of nursing assistant.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, orally and in writing, at the level required by the tasks.

You must be able to present a valid extract from the police's criminal record register. The extract can be ordered via: Polisen.se (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/arbete-i-hemmet-med-aldre-och-personer-med-funktionsnedsattning-e-tjanst/)

You need to be able to present a valid ID document (e.g., passport). A driver's license can be shown together with a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency, but this is arranged on-site if an interview becomes relevant.

You need to have mobile BankID, as it is required for verification in our business systems.

Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. We may apply a probationary period.

Stenkilsgården is beautifully located in a natural environment in Stora Levene, just outside Vara. It is a special housing facility for the elderly with 22 apartments.
