Job Description

Kilhults Byskola is a cozy and family-oriented school for grades F-6 with approximately 65 students, located right on the Linderödsåsen ridge.

At Kilhults School, the student's learning environment is at the center, and the knowledge mission is centrally linked to relational leadership. We build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to give students good conditions for success and see differences as an asset. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility for a good educational activity and who always put the student at the center.

Qualifications

You are a trained teacher with a license to teach grades 4-6 in English, Swedish, Math, and/or Social Studies, Science/Tech. You possess good pedagogical leadership skills and have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians. Important qualities are also that you are clear and confident in your teaching so that you can provide the guidance and stimulation that students need in their learning and personal development. You want to awaken curiosity in the students and have high confidence in the student's own ability.

You see collaboration as a matter of course.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Recruitment will take place on an ongoing basis.
