RESPONSIBILITIES

You perform personal care and service interventions in ordinary housing. This includes assistance with personal hygiene, personal ADL (Activities of Daily Living), mobility, social interventions, and digital shopping.

You travel to our customers by bicycle or car, depending on distance and circumstances. You document in the form of journals, implementation plans, and risk assessments. In addition to interventions under the Social Services Act (SoL), you perform Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) tasks delegated by licensed personnel, e.g., administering medication.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward the contributions of others.

You have a high ability to deliver results, both in terms of quality and productivity. You work in a systematic, methodical, and reliable manner. You easily focus on the customer's needs and achieve good customer satisfaction.

You enjoy cycling with both electric and manual bicycles during all months of the year. Having a B-driving license is also an advantage. It is also an advantage if you hold a vocational certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as an assistant nurse.
