We are now looking for a nurse assistant for a 70% night shift position.

This position requires you to have the courage to make decisions in tough situations and the ability to communicate effectively. You will be handling long distances and winter driving during the night, and you will be part of a strong team where good collaboration skills are crucial.

Start date: 2026-09-01 or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during the night; both at SÄBO (special needs housing) and in home care services.
• Communicate with colleagues and managers as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at the workplace.
• Work closely with a team possessing strong knowledge within care and support services.

Working hours are 21:00–07:00.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained nurse assistant (undersköterska).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work in elderly care and adult disability services.

Merits:
