About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and responsible Maintenance Technician to work with inspection, maintenance, and corrective maintenance in a technically varied environment. The role also includes operational services, meaning you will perform installations, repairs, and adjustments of tenants' equipment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a broad and varied assignment where you work within several technical areas, such as construction, plumbing, electrical, and control technology. The role requires both technical competence and good problem-solving skills, as you continuously identify, analyze, and rectify faults and deficiencies in the buildings' systems and installations.

An important part of the job is to contribute to the development of our properties by suggesting and implementing improvement measures, for example within planned maintenance or smaller development projects (PU projects). You work closely with your colleagues in the unit as well as in collaboration with technical property managers.

The operation of our facilities in Bohuslän and Dalsland is the main focus, but work in other parts of our combined maintenance and service assignment may also occur.

Travel within the region is included in the position, as well as on-call duty.

About You

We are looking for you who have several years of experience working as a maintenance technician or in another role with corresponding tasks. You have at least a vocational upper secondary education with a focus on electricity, property, or another equivalent education and experience. You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are accustomed to working digitally with work orders and reporting.

Since we have a customer-oriented approach, we assume that you are good at both cooperation and independent work and understand the importance of good service. You are a person with good teamwork skills and are service-oriented, which helps you build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, careful, and flexible, which allows you to handle different tasks independently. You take pride in your professional role. A Category B driver's license is required for this position.

Experience working with Faciliate is meritorious. Previous on-call duty experience is also meritorious.
