The Role of Assistant Nurse with Us

Working in the night patrol means that you are part of a team that meets the needs of our care recipients at night. You attend both planned interventions and security alarms throughout the night, and sometimes you will also sit on duty. There is an opportunity to drive both single- and double-staffed vehicles.

You contribute to the experience of security through a listening, flexible, and professional approach. Here, a structured and capable group works with a strong focus on those we serve while working together with closeness to each other. You are expected to perform delegated health and medical care tasks based on your position and the needs of the operation.

Your Profile

To thrive with us, you need to be flexible, able to participate in thinking new thoughts, and have an interest in change work that challenges old patterns. You have good computer skills and are confident in handling technical solutions in daily work. You cooperate well with others, have a solution-focused approach, and deliver high quality in your work. As a person, you are empathetic, proactive, and responsive in new situations, and you have a natural respect for your fellow human beings, such as care recipients and colleagues. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are a trained or studying assistant nurse
• have good computer skills
• hold a B driver's license
• express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care & Social Services, all employees within home care and care homes are employed at 100% engagement, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired engagement level based on the needs of the operation.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. As of July 1, 2023, assistant nurse is a protected professional title.
