About the Role:

The Project Office is responsible for the long-term planning, documentation, and execution of investment projects for the renovation and expansion of facilities in collaboration with the rest of Gryaab's organization. Within the Project Office, there is also responsibility for developing, implementing, training, and monitoring the company's project processes for all types of projects.

We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Project Manager to join Gryaab's continued development journey. Together with your project management colleagues and Gryaab's other organization, you will contribute to a socially important operation by driving exciting technical projects with a strong focus on robustness, sustainability, environment, and circular economy.

You will be responsible for projects in various phases, from preliminary design to commissioned facilities. As a Project Manager, you are responsible, among other things, for cost calculations, procurement of resources, materials, and contracts within the framework of the Public Procurement Act. You continuously monitor project economics and schedules, and hold project, design, technical, and construction meetings. Your role also includes monitoring compliance with contractual requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a technical university degree and at least five years of documented project management experience from complex technical projects, preferably within process industry, construction and civil engineering, or road & water (water pipeline projects), energy, nuclear power, or other process industrial operations.

You should have experience in specifying and monitoring contract issues, taking action, and handling legal matters within projects.

As a Project Manager, you use your time efficiently and work in a structured and methodical manner. You are driven and have the ability to engage your colleagues and find it easy to collaborate with both internal and external actors.
