Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are qualified as a high school teacher in Swedish and English. The role involves planning, conducting, assessing, and following up on teaching. You will also serve as a class mentor together with a colleague, where you jointly support the students' development and studies.

As part of our organization, you are included in both program and subject teams that meet regularly throughout the year for collaboration and development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have subject qualifications to teach Swedish and English at the high school level. Good relationships with both students and colleagues are seen as a natural part of your profession. You are a teacher in subjects and courses, but your work is permeated by the curriculum's values and the program's graduation goals. In your mentoring, you see the whole picture around the student, and you understand the value of active and relationship-building mentoring in contact with the student and guardians.

We place special emphasis on your didactic competence and ability to meet students with different needs and challenges in their learning. You see collaboration with teachers and other professions as a natural prerequisite for success. You are also keen on your own learning and development together with others. We believe in flexibility and solution-focus, and that you can collaborate and communicate with students, colleagues, school management, and other staff.

The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
