About the workplace
We are looking for you who want to be part of developing elderly care and who find challenges and working together with people both stimulating and enjoyable. Here, you and your colleagues work to support the elderly so that they can live as independent a life as possible. You have a holistic view of the individual and understand how you create security through your approach, being an important person for our elderly.
We are now looking for assistant nurses for our fantastic team in the Bohus/Surte home care service.
Job Responsibilities
In home care, you perform nursing and service interventions according to the Social Services Act. You support and motivate the individual in everyday life through a listening, flexible, and professional approach with the individual's self-determination in focus. Your work includes documentation according to the Social Services Act.
We work with permanent care contact, which means that together with your colleagues, you are a key person in the network around the care recipient. We offer you meaningful, educational, and varied work. Working in care and support is about making a difference in the everyday lives of those in need of your support and help.
The work also includes performing prescriptions and delegated tasks from home healthcare, as well as documentation of these according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
Ale Home Care uses digital signing of HSL interventions, digital locks, and mobile documentation.
Ale Home Care provides care between 06:30–22:00.
Influencable schedule, evening shifts, and every other weekend.
Qualifications
You are trained as an assistant nurse and master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as have good computer skills. A B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. Experience in healthcare is required, and experience in home care is meritorious.
In your position, you will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We are looking for you who have a good professional approach and attitude. You have the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations.
