In Robertsfors Municipality's preschools, children meet engaged and reflective educators who see every child as competent, curious, and full of possibilities. We ask questions that spark thoughts, challenge further, and inspire continued exploration and learning – always with the child's perspective as the starting point.

We are now looking for preschool teachers to the preschools Lillebo in Överklinten, Ängen in Ånäset, Fyrklövern in Bygdeå, and Tallkotten in Djäkneboda. Together with the work team, you create a learning environment where every child gets to grow at their own pace, explore their surroundings, and feel seen, respected, and involved. You are an important co-creator of security, joy, and development.

Your assignment

As a preschool teacher in Robertsfors Municipality, you will have a key role in children's early development and learning. You are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where every child can grow and develop based on their unique conditions. Your work includes:

  • Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals
  • Create accessible and pedagogical learning environments
  • Build and maintain good relationships with children and guardians
  • Observe, document, and follow up on children's development and learning
  • Participate actively in the development work of the activity
  • Work promoting inclusion and diversity

Your competence and experience

Requirements

  • Licensure as a preschool teacher/teacher in preschool or alternatively completed education leading to licensure
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals

For work within preschools, a certificate of good conduct from the police is required. The certificate must be presented before employment can begin.

Meritorious

  • Experience in systematic quality work and documentation
  • Experience working with children in need of special support
  • Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, visual aids, or PECS
  • Experience with language-developing approaches
  • Knowledge of norm-critical and inclusive approaches
  • Experience in outdoor pedagogy and sustainable development
  • Experience with project- or theme-based approaches

You are flexible and have an easy time adapting the activity based on the children's needs, interests, and the day's conditions. You collaborate closely with colleagues, guardians, and other functions in the activity and contribute to a safe and positive work climate.

With your pedagogical insight, you create a educational, safe, and stimulating environment where children get the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and needs. You are a clear leader who guides the children in everyday life and creates structure, security, and good relationships in the group.

You work systematically in planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and contribute to an activity with quality, continuity, and the children's best interests in focus.

The employment

Permanent position 100%. 4 positions.

Salary range

We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. For this position, the salary range is 32,000 - 41,000 SEK per month. The final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and the overall assessment of your competence.
