Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Representative, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up to ensure that completed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Duties involve receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone calls, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.
- Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
- Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from first contact with the customer to final delivery.
- Explain different choices of actions and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.
Key Competencies/Skills:
- High school education, automotive technical education, or equivalent vocational training.
- A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating good social skills and delivery towards the customer.
- Good computer and telephone proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers.
- Goal- and result-oriented with high drive.
