The municipality is also within a convenient commuting distance from the larger neighboring municipalities of Umeå and Skellefteå and is part of the Umeå region. When the Norrbotnia Line is completed, with its travel center in central Robertsfors, the commuting time between Robertsfors and neighboring cities will be halved. Robertsfors Municipality has just over 750 monthly employees.

Description of the operations

Robertsfors Municipality has a total of six primary schools, three F–3 schools, two F–6 schools, as well as a centrally located school unit where the intermediate grades (years 4–6) and the lower secondary school (years 7–9) are combined.

In the municipality's schools, you will encounter high teacher qualifications and close collegial collaboration. The work is carried out in cooperation with subject teachers, student health services, and other pedagogical staff, with a focus on the development of students as well as the organization as a whole.

Your assignment

In this assignment, you are independently responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching in accordance with current regulatory documents. You are part of a work team where you, together with colleagues, plan, develop, and follow up on teaching, actively contributing to a cohesive, secure, and well-functioning operation with students' learning and development in focus. You participate in systematic quality work and contribute to the school's continued development to promote students' knowledge development and goal fulfillment.

The assignment will be shaped based on the operations' needs as well as the applicant's qualifications, experience, and competence. Teaching and other tasks will therefore be tailored to your qualifications and competence. The assignment may therefore involve working at more than one of the municipality's school units.

The employment

Permanent position, holiday.

Salary range

34,000 - 43,000 SEK. Final salary is set individually based on education, experience, and the overall assessment of your competence.
