About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Tjörn Rehabilitation Clinic! Our operations are located in Kållekärr Centre, adjacent to Närhälsan's health centre. Our wonderful team consists of nine physiotherapists, four occupational therapists, and one clerk. For us, it is important to have stimulating work with good opportunities for development and a good working environment. We are a workplace where everyone does their utmost to ensure that both patients and colleagues enjoy working here. We are a well-functioning and well-staffed unit with good development opportunities. We have a good relationship with the municipality and other healthcare partners.

About the Role

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill-health. The role also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups, involving close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with engagement. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the operations' goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a phone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
