Your Role
Your work as a nursing assistant mainly involves, together with your colleagues, meeting people's individual needs based on approved services, such as hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and social activities. We believe that those who are given the opportunity to use their personal qualities in their work also take advantage of the opportunity to provide good person-centered care in the tasks that occur in a care and nursing residence. You are also expected to want to use the time available to promote social activities, deepen your role as a representative, and develop personally in your professional role.
We are looking for you who want to work at House C at Enriset's care and nursing residence. You should be interested and have a desire to work with people who have dementia. We work to achieve the organization's goal "to support the customer to manage on their own and achieve quality of life and security in different stages of life". Description of the Workplace
Enriset is a care and nursing residence with 90 places distributed across three units, and we are now looking for staff for Enriset House C, which is a group home for people with dementia and consists of three wards with nine residents on each ward. The wards cooperate with each other. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts on weekdays, and every other weekend. You are expected to be able to perform work at mostly nearby units when needed, as the schedule includes so-called resource tours.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people and with the user in focus. We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked with care for the elderly and people with disabilities or have experience in dementia care. Your work includes documenting and communicating with various parties via computer, which requires that you have good computer skills and master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and responsible with empathetic ability and can put yourself in other people's life situations. You have insight that we are each other's work environment and want to contribute to a good team spirit. You will work with different professional groups in the area, so it is important that you want and can cooperate to succeed in your work.
Furthermore, you are a person who sees opportunities, takes initiative, and shares your knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You are meticulous and place great importance on your work maintaining high quality. Finally, we believe that you are creative and often come up with ideas and new perspectives in work-related matters.
