Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for Business Services, you will work in close collaboration with the store management on operational matters concerning the business-to-business sales department. Your responsibilities include ensuring that the entire workflow runs smoothly, from providing quotes and handling orders to deliveries and follow-ups on corporate customers' projects. Part of your role involves initiating and executing customer activities. You play a key role as the face of our company towards our corporate clients, which is why it is crucial that you are a strong networker, service-minded, and able to maintain good relationships. You will be part of a team of business sales representatives where we work closely together and help each other out when needed, although you are independently responsible for your customers and their projects. It is important that you have a humble approach while staying focused on the business.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have previous experience in B2B sales, with good contacts within the construction industry, and are an experienced relationship salesperson who naturally creates and maintains good relationships. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, drives sales, and creates new contact points with customers. Experience in similar tasks is advantageous, as is having a large network within the industry. It goes without saying that you are results-driven and have a good business sense. While we place great value on your personal qualities, we require at least a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on construction, and fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) as well as spoken English. A background check from the Swedish Police Authority will be requested as part of this recruitment process.

The position is a full-time fixed-term assignment (40 hours per week).
