Do you want to drive refrigerated and frozen goods in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region?

Thermobud is now looking for an experienced delivery driver for the distribution of refrigerated and frozen goods using a light truck. We offer an independent and varied job where you are responsible for safe and punctual deliveries to our customers in Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen.

The position is a summer temporary role with the possibility of extension after the summer for the right person.

Important before you apply:

To be considered for the position, previous experience working as a delivery driver or in similar transport work is required. You will undergo a practical driving and handling test before employment, making experience a prerequisite for success in the role.

About the position:

As a delivery driver at Thermobud, you transport refrigerated and frozen goods to customers within Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen. The work involves both city driving and highway driving, as well as loading and unloading goods.

Responsibilities:

• Transport of refrigerated and frozen goods with a light truck.
• Securing the load.
• Delivery of pallets and crates.
• Loading and unloading of goods.
• Driving in both city environments and on highways.
• Daily contact with customers and receivers.

You will be assigned your own delivery vehicle with a tail lift, which must be parkable at or near your residence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or in similar transport work.
• Is a confident and safe driver.
• Thrives in working independently.
• Is responsible, meticulous, and punctual.
• Has a good sense of service and professional manner.
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and accustomed to taking personal responsibility.

It is an advantage if you live on the south side of Stockholm, as loading usually takes place in Södertälje or Jordbro.
