As a Recruiter for our client, you will play a central role in creating a smooth, professional, and positive recruitment process – from initial contact to employment. About the Role
In the role of Recruiter, you work closely with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that the entire recruitment process maintains high quality. You are a key part of creating a positive candidate experience and a strong employer brand.
You belong to the Talent Acquisition/HR team and collaborate closely with colleagues and managers within the organization. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a dynamic environment with many touchpoints and a high pace, where structure, communication, and attention to detail are crucial.
The position is a consultancy assignment lasting approximately 8 months, starting in August 2026 until March 31, 2027.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, with duties including but not limited to:
- Drive complete recruitment processes for both junior and senior roles across various parts of the organization
- Coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling, preparations, and ongoing dialogue with candidates and managers
- Act as the primary contact person for candidates and ensure a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience
- Work systematically in the ATS system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data
- Handle incoming recruitment-related matters and administration
- Support hiring managers in process, structure, timelines, and interview logistics
- Contribute to developing and streamlining recruitment processes and working methods
- Provide support in employer branding, onboarding, and other HR-related activities as needed
About You
We are looking for you who are a relationship-building and business-close recruiter with a genuine interest in candidate dialogue and talent acquisition. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven in your work, with a structure and a clear focus on quality and details. Furthermore, you are communicative and confident in dialogue with various types of stakeholders, including senior managers, and have a good ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships. You thrive in a high-paced environment where you handle several parallel processes, take personal responsibility, and are flexible in your prioritization in a changing daily life.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role
- Experience working with recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
- Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Experience working in recruitment systems (ATS)
We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in an international environment or master additional languages.
