WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you an educated preschool assistant who is passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest citizens? We are looking for someone who is independent in pedagogical teaching and thrives on taking active responsibility.

At Aspenäs preschools, we believe in the power of a good meeting. We actively work to make children's voices heard and to give children the opportunity to adopt an ecological and considerate approach. We are now looking for an educated preschool assistant who wants to help shape a daily life filled with the joy of discovery and security.

Who are you? You love interacting with children and are skilled at communicating with both adults and children. For you, collaboration with colleagues is a given – we help each other and highlight each other's strengths. You feel at home in teaching situations and know how to capture children's curiosity in the moment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in your role and dares to lead the children's group in various teaching moments
• Creates security and good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues
• Has good communication skills
• Is a team player who sees collaboration as the key to a successful preschool

A preschool assistant education is required.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the Swedish Criminal Record Register) is required before employment.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Working hours: Daytime.
