Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated assembly technicians for our trade fair assignments in Stockholm this autumn. As an assembly technician at Eventa, you are an important part of the team that sets up and dismantles exhibition environments, displays, and event venues before and after events.

You work in close collaboration with project managers and colleagues to ensure everything is in place on time and maintains high quality. The work is physical and varied — no two days are alike.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assembly and disassembly of exhibition booths and event environments
• Transport and handling of materials and equipment
• Collaboration with technicians, decorators, and project managers on-site
• Ensuring work is carried out according to instructions and schedules

We are looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on and not afraid of hard work
• Has experience in assembly, construction, warehousing, or similar work (meritorious)
• Is flexible with working hours — assignments may involve early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Has a valid B-driver's license (meritorious)
• Has a forklift license (meritorious, but not a requirement)
