About the role:

Seoulfood AB is in an exciting phase of expansion. We are now looking for a highly qualified Property and Technical Manager to take overall responsibility for the technical operations, preventive maintenance, and safety of our restaurants, future central kitchen, and advanced cooling systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and emergency repairs of the restaurants' commercial kitchen equipment, ventilation systems (HVAC), and electrical installations.
• Direct responsibility for daily control, energy optimization, and certified maintenance of the company's commercial cold and freezer rooms as well as refrigerated cabinets, in accordance with current Swedish environmental and safety regulations.
• Project management for new establishments and renovations, including technical review of building structures, building permit documentation, and supervision of external subcontractors.
• Ensure that all technical installations meet 100% of Swedish legal requirements and authority requirements regarding food safety (HACCP).

Requirements (Absolute requirements for the position):

• A valid Swedish refrigeration certificate (Category I or II) is an absolute requirement to perform statutory maintenance on our cooling systems.
• Several years of documented experience as a CEO, branch manager, or technical manager in the installation, construction, or contracting sectors, with experience in budget and personnel management.
• Post-secondary education in building technology, IT, or economics/accounting.
• Fluent proficiency in Korean and English, both spoken and written, as the role requires direct technical communication and contract negotiations with international machine suppliers and Asian parent company contacts.

Merits:
