We are now looking for an IT Operations Specialist for one of our clients in Linköping.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the local IT environment. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure stable operations, while identifying areas for improvement and driving development forward. You will lead and support a small team within 1st and 2nd line support, acting as a sounding board in daily operations and making decisions on more complex cases.

We believe you have several years of experience in IT infrastructure and support and have developed a good understanding of how IT delivery works in practice. You are confident working according to ITSM processes and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, responsibility, and collaboration. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create structure and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience with IT infrastructure and system support (approx. 2–4 years)
• Experience working according to ITSM processes
• Good communication skills
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement them in practice
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Relevant IT education

The position is full-time with a start date after the summer. Travel is required for this role.

This is a consulting assignment where you are initially employed through Gigstep, with good opportunities to transition to direct employment with the client after approximately 6 months.
