Temporary and summer staff sought for LSS housing in Mölnlycke and day activity center in Mölndal

As an employee at an LSS housing facility, you provide support to residents in all aspects of their daily lives. This can involve practical tasks such as cooking, laundry, and household management, as well as personal care and social support. A key part of the job is being close to the resident and providing a secure support system in various situations that may arise.

Many of our residents exhibit challenging behaviors, which means they may sometimes struggle to express their needs, feelings, or handle stress and changes. This can manifest as anxiety, frustration, or emotional reactions. As staff, you work with a low-affective approach, where calmness, clarity, and respect are central tools for creating security and preventing conflicts.

In our day activity center, you support residents in various activities based on their individual conditions, interests, and needs. The focus is on participation, structure, and meaningful engagement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has experience from care, LSS activities, or school settings (preferred)
• Is confident in interactions with people and can maintain calm in challenging situations
• Is empathetic, responsible, and has good teamwork skills
