We are looking for a substitute teacher for our preschool in Mölndal

About the position

We are currently seeking an engaged, responsive, and secure substitute teacher for our preschool. The position consists of two fixed working days per week, with the possibility of additional shifts when permanent staff are on sick leave, vacation, or otherwise absent.

At our preschool, we work based on low-affective interaction and value a respectful and inclusive approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Upper secondary education is required.

Work Experience

You have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Salary

140–160 SEK/hour according to agreement.

About us

Lindormen is a small and family-oriented preschool in Kikås, East Mölndal, run as a parents' cooperative. We have one department with children aged 1–6. Currently, we have 20 children and 4 permanent educators.

We value care, nature education, and joy in food. We often work in smaller, individualized groups where children have the opportunity for play, excursions, and planned activities based on the curriculum goals.
