About the Role

We are now looking for an APL Coordinator who wants to be a key figure in creating high-quality internship placements for our students. The role involves coordinating, quality-assuring, and developing APL in close collaboration with school staff, students, and external partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Find and establish contacts with companies and organizations for APL placements
• Ensure quality and follow-up of internship placements
• Administer various processes regarding APL placements
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with supervisors, students, and vocational teachers
• Contribute to the development of routines and processes for APL

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good ability to create and maintain networks
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Has administrative skills and is proficient in Excel and calculations
• Thrives in both independent and team settings
• Is interested in education and collaboration with working life
• Has the ability to lead processes
• Can quality-assure processes through sampling, observations, conversations, and document review
• Can mentor colleagues in a pedagogical manner
• Can give constructive feedback
• Has knowledge of study techniques

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordination, networking, or similar tasks
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of vocational education is an advantage

NOTE: Having a driver's license and a car is a prerequisite for being able to perform the job well.
