Then the position of Cadastral Surveyor at Nacka Municipal Land Survey Authority (KLM) might be perfect for you! As a Cadastral Surveyor at KLM Nacka, you will have the opportunity to work with varied land surveying procedures in a municipality focused on development, alongside a competent and experienced team.

Your Role

At KLM, we are a team of 12 employees and one manager responsible for personnel and operations. Our geographical area of operation covers the entire Nacka Municipality, which means a broad spectrum of procedures and assignments. Within KLM, we have extensive experience and broad competence in land surveying matters, contributing to significant knowledge sharing within the group and good opportunities for professional development.

The role of Cadastral Surveyor involves:

• Qualified and legal tasks.
• Independent work with procedures, while being an integral part of the group.
• Active participation in the planning process with advice and support within the area of property law.

KLM is organized within the Geodata Unit. The unit also includes a mapping & measurement group and a GIS group. Within the unit, we support each other in our assignments and collaborate on the digitalization of the societal planning process.

Are you the right person?

We are looking for someone who wants to take on new challenges and has the ability to look beyond the immediate task and see the significance of property formation for the entire societal planning process.

As a Cadastral Surveyor with us, you collaborate well with others and contribute to a good working climate, but you are also comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and making independent decisions.

Since the role involves contact with property owners, we see that you are service-oriented and value customer satisfaction. By being attentive and communicating clearly, you meet property owners in a professional manner.

You take responsibility for both your own work performance and the overall results of the operation by planning and prioritizing your tasks efficiently. Furthermore, we look for someone with strong analytical skills, as well as strong drive and positive energy that you are happy to share with your surroundings.

Your Experience

• Civil or university degree in engineering with a focus on land surveying or equivalent education.
• Experience in handling cadastral procedures is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and/or driving operational development is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
