Your Responsibilities

Your tasks may vary depending on your workplace, but include among other things:

• Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Activities and Social Interaction: Contributing to a meaningful day through walks, conversations, and activities.

Our Workplaces

Elderly Care:
You support elderly individuals in their daily lives so they can live a secure and meaningful life.

Specialized Housing:
You work in a team around the residents, with a focus on personal care, service, and creating a meaningful daily life in the residential environment.

Home Care Service:
You work independently at the user's home and provide support with both care and service tasks.

Support for People with Disabilities (Group Housing/Short-term Activities):
You support children or adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes or at short-term activity centers.

Personal Assistance:
As a personal assistant, you work together with an individual in their daily life. You have the individual's home as your workplace and are available according to the individual's needs.

Social Psychiatry:
Within social psychiatry, you work to support adults with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The assignment involves providing individualized support to facilitate daily life and strengthen the person's ability to be independent.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have turned 18. We prefer that you are studying to be or are trained as a nurse assistant, childcare worker, care worker, youth leader, or have other education within healthcare, psychiatry, or LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Functional Disabilities). If you have previous experience in care work through employment or practice, it is an advantage. In some operations, it may be necessary to be able to cycle, while others may require a driver's license.

Since the work involves a lot of communication and documentation, you must have good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish.

To thrive in the job, we see that you have a genuine interest in people and a willingness to support individuals in their daily lives. You are flexible, responsible, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

About the Employment

We are looking for summer substitutes who want to work during weeks 25 to 32.

The work in our operations is conducted around the clock, which means irregular working hours. Work in the evenings, weekends, and nights occurs.
