Nynäshamn Municipality is looking for a Trainer in Digitalization with a focus on Microsoft 365 who wants to strengthen the municipality's digital competence and develop future working methods. We are embarking on a comprehensive development journey where digitalization, AI, and new working methods are to become a natural part of the operations' development. Job Responsibilities

As a trainer, you will be a key person in the municipality's work to strengthen digital competence and develop modern working methods.

You are responsible for training initiatives within Microsoft 365, AI, and digital working methods, as well as leading operation-oriented development initiatives related to the digital workplace. The role combines pedagogy, process management, and operational development and involves close collaboration with operations, managers, system administrators, IT functions, project management, and innovation leaders.

An important part of the assignment is to contribute to a cohesive digital workplace where working methods, information management, and internal communication channels are developed in interaction with the needs of the operations.

The assignment consists of:

  • planning, developing, and following up on training initiatives within Microsoft 365, AI, and digital working methods
  • conducting training, workshops, and other learning initiatives for employees and managers
  • developing training materials, guides, manuals, and other knowledge support
  • leading operation-oriented development initiatives and supporting the introduction of new working methods and work processes
  • contributing to experience exchange, method development, and learning within the municipality's digital development work

The role is not responsible for technical operations, technical system administration, or system ownership, but focuses on competence development, operational development, and implementation.

About the Workplace

The Municipal Executive Office's assignment is to lead, coordinate, and follow up on the municipality's operations. The Support and Development Department consists of five units: contact center, IT and security, the secretariat, communication, and HR. The role is organizationally placed in the communication unit but operates in a broad municipality-wide context.

As a trainer, you will become part of a comprehensive development work where digitalization, AI, and competence development are used as tools to develop the municipality's operations and meet future needs. You are part of the project organization for the ESF-funded collaboration project "A Digital Leap Forward" and work closely with project management, innovation leaders, operations, IT functions, system administrators, HR, and other key functions in the municipality.

What We Are Looking For in You

To succeed in the role, you have:

  • post-secondary education in a relevant field or other education that the employer considers equivalent
  • experience in training and supporting users within Microsoft 365/Office 365
  • experience in planning, conducting, and developing training and competence development initiatives
  • experience in developing training materials, guidelines, or other knowledge support
  • experience with AI services and generative AI in the workplace
  • experience in change management or the introduction of new digital working methods
  • experience in leading workshops
  • very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, as well as the central productivity tools Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • good understanding of how Microsoft 365 can be used for collaboration, information management, and operational development
  • very good knowledge of the Swedish language
  • good communicative and pedagogical skills, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience from municipal or other public operations
  • good ability to document and structure working methods and processes
  • experience in system administration, operation-oriented administration, or collaboration between operations and IT
  • knowledge of information security, data protection, and information management
