We are now looking for a Security Clearance and Access Control Specialist for our national security department in Bromma!

What are my responsibilities? ⚡

Here you will become part of a business-critical function handling thousands of clearances, keys, accesses, and security vetting procedures. Structure, quality, and traceability are absolutely crucial. We are currently undergoing a major review where we consolidate and further develop our processes. You will play a central role in this work, delivering on daily tasks while driving development forward.

The role is operational and business-oriented, with many contact points both internally and externally. You will work closely with managers, customers, and colleagues across the country in flows that are crucial for delivering our services safely and efficiently.

You will:

• Work with clearances, access controls, and key management
• Ensure that work complies with requirements within security clearance, contracts, and internal processes
• Handle high-volume flows requiring precision, quality, and traceability
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with managers, operations, and customers
• Participate in the analysis and implementation of new customer contracts from a security and compliance perspective
• Coordinate and drive security-related flows together with operations
• Act as support and advisor in security-related matters
• Handle incidents and contribute to analysis and follow-up

An important part of the role is also to:

• Identify areas for improvement, risks, and inefficiencies
• Drive and implement improvement work and process development
• Create standardization, structure, and uniform working methods
• Ensure that we work in line with both customer requirements and legislation

What is the team like? ⚡

You belong to a security department with approximately 15 experts in security, occupational health and safety, quality, and sustainability. The work is characterized by a high pace, continuous flows, and parallel issues. At the same time, we drive the development of working methods and handle incidents. Collaboration is central, as is individual responsibility.

You report to Security Manager Angelica, who provides clear direction, great trust, and freedom under responsibility.
