We are now looking for an engaged Tool Setter for our machining department!

Do you want to work in a modern and technically advanced production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are in focus? As a setter, you will have a central role in our production, responsible for setting up, rigging, and optimizing tools to ensure high quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the production team and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods.

The role is varied and developmental, with great opportunities to be involved in technical solutions and improvement work.

What you will do

Your main tasks include, among other things:

• Setting up, rigging, and controlling tools both outside and inside CNC machines
• Evaluating tool wear to increase lifespan
• Problem-solving related to tools in production and development projects
• Laser marking of holders and tools
• Ordering tools

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience with machining technology and CNC environments
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and measuring techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
• Good understanding of safety and working environment
