Poolarna Assistans is a small, family-oriented organization with heart and soul. We are covered by the Almega collective agreement and hold a license to provide personal assistance.

Our main office is located in Örebro, but we work with clients and personal assistants nationwide.

We are currently looking for a female assistant for our client. As an assistant, you work in the client's home and act as her extended arms and legs. Our client uses a wheelchair and needs help with care, household chores, daily routines, etc. The client is interested in cooking, flowers, watching series, or simply sitting at the computer for a while.

We are looking for someone with experience in care work and the ability to handle transfers. It is important that you have good social skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as our client has hearing difficulties. You are attentive and meticulous in your work, and above all, confident in yourself, as our client is a determined woman who appreciates order and structure in her daily life.

The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

The employment starts with a temporary contract, which may later convert to a permanent position. Chemistry between the parties is key.
