HR Boat Sweden is growing and needs your help.

We have a 50-year history of producing high-quality leisure boats.

After a few turbulent years following the fire in 2024, we have now moved into a completely new factory. Along with this move, we have launched 6 brand-new boat models that have taken the market by storm. This means we need to recruit more skilled boat builders who fit into the team here in Laxå.

We are currently about 20 boat builders. In addition to being handy and curious about technology, we look for people with the right values and a cheerful mood.

We are looking for a group of cheerful boat builders for our two departments: the plastic department and the assembly department.

For the plastic department, we are looking for a laminator who will be part of a team producing the plastic components that are later assembled into boats. The products are made of fiberglass and polyester. Previous experience with similar work is highly advantageous.

With increased production, we are also looking for three assemblers. Experience in similar tasks is required. We are looking for handy and clever craftsmen. Each assembler is responsible for their own boat and puts their personal stamp on the work, which enhances both professional pride and quality.

One of the assemblers will be responsible for CNC milling. Experience with CNC milling is highly advantageous.

The recruitment process will take place during the summer, with the goal for the new colleagues to start working with us at the end of August.
