About the role

Do you enjoy working practically with machinery and do you like to tinker and fix things? Then you might be the one we are looking for! For our client in Anderstorp, we are looking for someone who thrives in a practical role close to the machines. As an operator, you will operate and monitor machinery within the metal industry. Your tasks will include setting up, adjusting, and changing tools, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, and ensuring the quality of produced parts. The machines are not fully automatic, which means the work requires a genuine interest in mechanics and practical skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in industrial work, preferably within the metal industry.
• Is used to tinkering, fixing, and solving practical problems.
• Can read drawings and use measuring tools.
• Holds a forklift license and experience operating reach stackers and counterbalance forklifts.
• Has a good understanding of mechanics.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
• Thrives working both independently and in a team.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and we prefer that you live in the local area, as the intention is for you to transition to the client after the staffing period.
