We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a high school student living with her parents in a house in Hjortkvarn. She has 24/7 assistance and double assistance during evenings, nights, and weekends. No assistance is provided at school.

The ideal candidate is:

You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as documentation is an important part of the job.

A driver's license is not a requirement for the tasks. However, public transport to the workplace is limited, meaning you must have your own means of transportation (e.g., a car) to commute to and from work.

Experience in personal assistance or similar roles is required. Experience as a nursing assistant is an advantage.

About the role

The client has diagnoses including CP, Epilepsy, Autism, CVI (visual impairment), and IF, and needs help with most aspects of daily life. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Medication management
• Exercise according to instructions from a physiotherapist (KP training)
• Play, activation, and daily routines
• Partial tube feeding
• Use of cough assist machine and PEP mask
• Supporting communication using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) images

You will work in the client's home and become an important part of her daily life and sense of security.
