Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will primarily work independently, but you are also part of a team with other technicians. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Service interventions such as reconditioning, functional checks, parameter settings, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and deliveries to individual users and residential facilities.
• Documentation in the IT support system Sesam2 for registering all occurring activities.
• Consultation in collaboration with users, prescribers, and hospital staff.
• In the long term, once you are comfortable and familiar with the product range, you may also become involved in procurement work.

To provide good service in the role of Service Technician:

• You are service-oriented and structured, with a good attitude towards people.
• You are a responsible team player who considers the best interests of the entire workplace and adheres to deadlines.
• It is an advantage if you are handy and enjoy working with small details.
• You have experience solving technical problems independently but also possess good collaboration skills.

We are looking for you with a completed upper secondary education with a technical focus or other education assessed as equivalent, as well as documented technical experience. You have a B driving license and good driving skills. Furthermore, you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have basic digital competence as well as experience working in digital systems.

Previous experience with medical treatment aids and the business system Sesam is advantageous.

The position is a permanent employment located at the Assistive Devices Center in Uddevalla. Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period.
