We are now looking for dedicated assistant nurses for the home care services in Norra Fäladen, Torn, and Väster.

You will become part of secure and engaged teams where we together create quality, continuity, and care in every meeting. To facilitate your workday, we work with modern and smart digital solutions, such as mobile safety alarms, digital locks, and digital home care. You always have schedules and documentation close at hand via phone or tablet.

About the role and your tasks

Your work is guided by the individuals' needs. A workday may consist of providing support and help with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other assistance needed by the person you support. Documentation takes place in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining good quality.

Within home care, you work exclusively day shifts or exclusively evening shifts. Working hours are generally scheduled between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The work involves working every other weekend. We offer full-time positions (100%), which corresponds to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week.

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a fixed care contact, you have a special responsibility for your users. You draw up and follow up on implementation plans. Our staff is organized into smaller teams where 2–3 fixed care contacts, together with a runner, are responsible for a group of users. The work is done in close cooperation, and if necessary, runners support other users outside their own group. As a resource, you work flexibly across the areas within the "fourling"; Torn, Norra Fäladen, Väster Team 1, and Väster Team 2. You step in where the need is greatest and contribute security, warmth, and care to people who really need it.

We are looking for you who

• are trained as an assistant nurse
• can and want to cycle
• have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• have good digital competence

It is an advantage if you have experience working within care.

About the workplace

Lund Municipality's home care is divided into different home care areas, of which you will belong to a specific area. On each unit, assistant nurses and care assistants work in teams with health care personnel under the leadership of the unit manager. Each unit also has a unit administrator, coordinator, and planner.
