We are currently hiring summer replacements for our store Coop Sandåsgatan. We are looking for candidates who show good initiative and have a positive, contagious energy. You should be able to identify customer needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, always ready with suggestions and ideas, and work well in a team. You have an eye for detail and are committed to creating a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store environment. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will be involved in most common retail duties, such as customer service, cash register work, and picking orders. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-notch service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You excel at building long-term customer relationships and inspiring customers to shop with joy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is our top priority.

The positions are part-time summer replacements during the period of June to August. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include days, evenings, and weekends.

• You must be at least 18 years old, as you need to be able to work independently at the cash register.
• Good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written) are required.
