About the position

As a CNC operator, you are an important part of the production. You work in a modern machine park where you operate and monitor several machines and ensure that the details are manufactured according to drawings and set quality requirements.

The most important thing in the role is that you:

• Can read and understand drawings
• Work carefully and have a strong quality mindset
• Take responsibility for getting the work right from the start

You perform ongoing checks, adjust as needed, and contribute to efficient production flow. The work takes place in teams where collaboration and communication are a natural part of everyday life.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and a desire to develop within the industry. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are careful, responsible, and want to do a good job.
