Jakobsgårdarnas vårdcentral is located in Borlänge and is part of Region Dalarna's primary healthcare.

We are a developing healthcare center with the patient in focus, working towards the transition to good and close care. The focus is on offering our patients good care, with priority given to continuity, quality, and accessibility. The healthcare center has 10,100 registered patients and features a separate family center and primary care rehabilitation.

We are now looking for a first-line manager who likes to think outside the box, drive change, and develop new ways of working. You will play an important role at the healthcare center together with the medically responsible physician. Primary care is transitioning towards good and close care, and as a first-line manager, you are a key driving force. As a first-line manager, you report directly to the operations manager and are part of the management group for Middle Area 2, along with your fellow first-line managers. You share your leadership on-site with a colleague manager at Jakobsgårdarnas vårdcentral, which means shared responsibility for personnel, budget, working environment, and operational management.

Internal collaboration and cooperation with other partners is a given.

The assignment involves a time-limited managerial appointment with a permanent position in the core profession.

We are now looking for a manager for our fine healthcare center who feels confident in their managerial role and enjoys challenges, development, and thinking outside the box. The operations are currently in a phase where we have started working with new methods. We would like you to enjoy challenges, be communicative, and appreciate order and structure.

You have:

• Relevant university education within health and social care
• Experience of leadership or managerial roles
• Present leadership with good communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in development and improvement work

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Experience of change management
• Experience from primary care
• Experience from politically governed organizations
