About the assignment
We are looking for an experienced Building Permit Manager for a long-term consultancy assignment within a large-scale infrastructure project in the Stockholm area.
The project is in an intensive phase involving construction document design, issuance of tender documents, and preparations for the upcoming construction and operation phases. To strengthen the organization, we are now seeking a Building Permit Manager who will join the department's support team and assist with building permit-related matters.
The role involves responsibility for the building permit process for all permit-required measures that the project plans to execute or construct. The assignment spans from preparatory work until the final decision is received from the Building Board.

You will work closely with project management, other building permit managers, and responsible controllers within the organization.
If the consultant possesses the right competence, the assignment may also include work as a Responsible Controller (KA).
