• Lead overall business operations, driving growth strategies and delivery of financial targets (revenue and operating profit).

• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting across fixed/variable costs, capex, and working capital.

• Oversee sales, production, and distribution of Bulk, Onsite, PGP, Healthcare, and Specialty gases, including related hardware and services.

• Ensure operational excellence through performance management, customer engineering, technical service, and strict SHEQ compliance.

Develop people and culture by promoting strong leadership, productivity, and Linde Values and Behaviors.
