Do you have experience and interest in the operation and maintenance of properties? Are you a service-oriented and self-motivated individual looking for a job where you have significant freedom under your own responsibility? Then we may be looking for you as the new Operation Technician/Property Technician at Fastighetscompetens! Qualifications: We are looking for you with a strong customer focus and service mindset, as the role involves ensuring that property owners and their tenants experience as few issues as possible with their properties and premises. It is important that you can adapt and interact with people in a respectful manner. You need to be self-reliant, solution-oriented, and hands-on to find the right solutions in the properties. We prefer that you have worked as an operation technician, or alternatively within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or control and regulation. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and capable of communicating in English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Be able to undergo a security clearance, as some properties require this

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a property caretaker, property technician, operation technician, service electrician, or in the maintenance of other property systems. Experience as a facility caretaker, with fire alarms, and SBA work is also considered advantageous, as is knowledge of additional languages.
