As an assembler at our company, you will become a vital part of a growing business where quality awareness and team spirit go hand in hand. Your workday will be varied, involving assembly, functional checks, basic electrical and mechanical work, as well as some material handling and documentation. You will work in a team alongside experienced colleagues and will have the opportunity to develop technically and take on greater responsibility over time.

• Assembly: Assembling components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Testing and Quality: Performing functional checks, troubleshooting, and reporting deviations.
• Machine and Tool Work: Using tools and simpler machinery, as well as performing routine inspections.
• Documentation: Following and completing work documentation and digital systems.
• Collaboration: Working closely with production, technical, and assembly colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.

We are looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a production environment. Experience in assembly-related work is advantageous but not always a strict requirement — the right attitude and willingness to learn weigh heavily. We would like you to have:

• Experience in assembly or industry-related work, or relevant education.
• Basic knowledge of reading drawings and work instructions.
• Technical understanding and the ability to troubleshoot simple problems.
• Good organization in documentation and familiarity with using mobile or digital tools.
• A driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.
